What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging. We cover return shipping: a prepaid return label is included with the instructions. See the Refund & Return Policy.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after we receive your return, excluding the time your bank or card issuer needs to post the credit.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, PayPal. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, where required by law.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@joyfyf.com as soon as possible with your order number. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed but can be returned.
