Shipping policy

Eric Schoenfeld ("joyfyf", "we") ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

Shipping methods, delivery times and rates

Free Shipping: expected delivery in 5-8 business days — Free
Standard Shipping: expected delivery in 3-6 business days — $9.99
Priority Shipping: expected delivery in 1-2 business days — $28.00

Expected delivery windows are business days counted from order confirmation and include order processing. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery windows are estimates provided by our carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and are not guaranteed. We ship to PO boxes via USPS.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, where required by law.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied at checkout. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@joyfyf.com with your order number and photos (for damage). We will work with the carrier to resolve it and replace or refund as appropriate.
